Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact reception in advance to request either.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID).

Foreign nationals must present their passport and a valid visa.

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Special rate bookings may have different cancellation terms.

To modify or cancel a booking made with us directly, contact us by phone (+91 9414385587) or email (info@hotelranipalace.in). If you booked through a travel platform, please contact that platform directly for modifications.

We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, UPI payments, and bank transfers.

Payment can be made at check-in or in advance via bank transfer.

A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in. The amount varies by room type and length of stay, and is fully refunded at check-out after room inspection.
