The contact form on this website does not send us anything directly. When you submit it, the details you entered (name, email, phone, subject, message, inquiry type, and any reservation dates) are pre-filled into a WhatsApp message that you can review and send from your own WhatsApp. Nothing you type into the form is stored by this website.

If you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone, or email, we receive whatever information you choose to share with us — typically your name, contact details, and booking dates.

Booking enquiries made through our WhatsApp buttons are handled by WhatsApp, a third-party service. Information you share there is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We use the details you share with us to respond to your enquiries and to manage your booking.

At check-in, Indian law requires us to register guests using a valid government-issued photo ID (for foreign nationals, a passport and valid visa). This registration happens at the hotel, not on this website.

We do not collect any payment details on this website. Payment is made at the hotel (cash, card, or UPI) or in advance by bank transfer.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy.
